We provide four main varieties: Red Vein (rich alkaloid profile, mitragynine 1.2–1.6%), Green Vein (balanced, 1.3–1.7%), White Vein Borneo (highest energy, 1.4–1.8%), and Drip Green Ocean Gold Blend (exclusive sun-cured & shade-dried blend, 1.2–1.5%). All variants are available in ultra-fine powder and Mesh 30 (nano-milled) formats.
Every product batch undergoes dual laboratory testing: internal QC in Pontianak and an independent third-party laboratory accredited under ISO/IEC 17025. Testing includes: (1) mitragynine & 7-hydroxymitragynine levels via HPLC, (2) heavy metals screening (Pb, Cd, As, Hg) via ICP-MS, (3) microbiological analysis (Salmonella, E. coli, Total Aerobic Count, Yeast & Mold), and (4) moisture levels below 10%. A complete Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is included with every shipment.
We partner directly with over 100 local farmers in Kapuas Hulu and Sintang, West Kalimantan — bypassing middle brokers. Leaves are selectively harvested at optimal maturity to ensure the highest alkaloid profile, using sustainable harvesting methods that preserve parent trees. Full traceability is available from the harvest village to the shipment batch number.
Yes. We provide a Sample Kit containing all varieties (Red, Green, White, Gold) for pre-contract quality evaluation. Samples are shipped alongside the CoA from the same batch. Contact our marketing team via WhatsApp for sample request procedures and shipping rates.
Our MOQ is 1 ton (1,000 kg) for ocean freight (LCL/FCL). For air freight, we can accommodate orders starting from 25 kg as an initial trial batch. Orders above 5 tons qualify for tiered pricing with volume discounts. Contact our marketing manager for pricing projections based on volume.
Standard lead time is 14–21 business days for a new batch (including processing, lab testing, and export documentation setup). For repeat orders from existing stock, lead time can be accelerated to 7–10 business days. Ocean transit to the US/Europe requires an additional 20–35 days depending on the shipping route.
We offer packaging options: 25 kg vacuum bags, 50 kg vacuum bags, and custom packaging upon request. For full containers (FCL 20ft ≈ 18–20 tons, FCL 40ft ≈ 24–26 tons), we provide stuffing and palletization services from the Port of Pontianak. Private label packaging (buyer brand label) is also available for specific minimum volumes.
Our complete export document package includes: Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Phytosanitary Certificate (from the Agricultural Quarantine Agency), Certificate of Origin (SKA Form E), Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet). Additional documents required by destination countries can be coordinated.

Yes. Exporting kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) from Indonesia is legal and regulated by the Ministry of Trade and the Agricultural Quarantine Agency of Indonesia. Drip Green Ocean operates as a Registered Exporter (ET) holding all required export permits, including Business Identification Number (NIB) and plantation commodity export licenses.

Yes. We provide private label services for distributors with an agreed minimum volume. Products can be packaged with the buyer's own brand/label, accompanied by a CoA referencing your brand name. This service covers packaging design support, label printing, and final packaging according to export standards.
We accept wire transfers (T/T), Letters of Credit (L/C) for large contracts, and Western Union for sample orders. For first-time orders, a standard 50% deposit before production and 50% prior to shipment applies. Customized payment terms can be negotiated for long-term partners.
Drip Green Ocean is a kratom producer, processor, and exporter based in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, Indonesia. Founded in 2019, we manage an integrated supply chain from partner farms in Kapuas Hulu & Sintang, through our processing facility in Pontianak, to global shipping from the Port of Pontianak.
